I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. The ease and operation was fantastic. I get confused very easily with all the new technology. With PDFFILLER I was able start at file I found in the browser and fax it, import a file and email it without any trouble. I will be using this a lot.

Great experience, filling out the documents just takes a bit of time.
Gives my documents the professional look vs handwritten documents
Seems like there is 1 too many steps to saving a document and then viewing and saving to my desktop.

That i was able to fix and remove…
That i was able to fix and remove unwanted documents to send just what i needed. The fact that I can fax without having a big machine to do, matter of fact that is one of the reasons that I decided to use pdfFiller. You make filling out important documents easy and able to sign by uploading just a picture of the signature needed. However you could make it easier to be able to create a fax sheet more personal. The one on the website is okay but not personal enough. Maybe I will think about doing the annual thing let's just see what more I can learn to do with your program. thank you for making it so easy to send important documents from the comfort of my home office without having to pay someone else to fax for me
