In ways its harder to use, does not put signs in for you and does not calculate for you like the regular form.. but this is the only way I can save my form and make copies and edit it so this kind of saved me a ton of time!

I enjoy the simplicity but am annoyed that you can't use certain features without paying a higher price. $80/year is pretty high for a basic subscription.

Firstly, I needed the form and capability to draft a residential Offer to Purchase. I've always just written offers by hand; needless to say it never looks as neat as a typed document. This did meet my needs.

I have noticed that, although this subreddit has 1,000,020 readers, I am not receiving 1,000,020 upvotes on my posts. I'm not sure if this is being done intentionally or if these "friends" are forgetting to click 'upvote'. Either way, I've had enough. I have compiled a spreadsheet of individuals who have "forgotten" to upvote my most recent posts. After 2 consecutive strikes, your name is automatically highlighted (shown in red) and I am immediately notified. 3 consecutive strikes and you can expect an in-person "consultation". Think about your actions.

Great Tool!
This is a wonderful tool if you have alot of forms and things that are important and need some adjustment. Prior knowledge with computers needed, but can learn alot and use for many reasons that are very productive/helpful. Worth the $!

On the Quick Access toolbar, click Project Navigator. On the Sheets tab, open the sheet on which you want to place the title block. Open the tool palette that contains the title block tool you want to use. Specify the insertion point for the title block. If necessary, specify the scale and rotation of the title block.

How do you create a title block in AutoCAD?
Start a blank new drawing. Draw your drawing border using standard AutoCAD commands and objects. Enter ATTLEE at the command prompt to insert attribute definition objects. Enter the Tag name, for example DESC1, DESC2, SHEET, SHEET_TOTAL. Set any other attribute definition properties and values. Select OK.
How do you save a title block in AutoCAD?
Just open a new normal DWG file and put it all you want the template has, including the layout with the leaves and with your Title Block. Then use the “Save as” and choose “drawing template”. Choose a name and save.
