Great software to update, fill, and sign PDF documents.
User friendly, simple to use, easy way to make quick updates/changes to a PDF document, allows for PDF signatures to be completed, easy to make a document fillable, easy to share documents as needed.
Software can lag with larger documents, tutorials are beneficial when first learning advanced features.

Tons of functionality for a great price. Excellent customer response time.
Feedback: when using the "home"/"end" keyboard buttons, it immediately takes you to the top/bottom of the form instead of beginning/end of the text box you are editing. Just an unintuitive and weird feature.
Also, it would be great if there was a way to save LinkToFill settings so that they can be applied across other documents.
Overall really happy with this product!

Do I have to pay back a draw?
A recoverable draw is a payout that you expect to gain back. You are basically loaning employees money that you expect them to pay back by earning sales commissions. If the employee doesn't earn enough commissions to cover the draws after a certain time, you might need a debt payback plan.

Do you have to pay back a draw?
Employees who received a draw were required to repay it, by deducting the amount of the outstanding draw from the next paycheck. Gregg's policy provided that upon termination of employment, “the employee will immediately pay the company any unpaid deficit amounts.”

What is a recoverable draw?
A recoverable draw (also known as a draw against commission) is a set amount of money paid to the sales representative by the company at regular intervals. When the commissions are earned, the salesperson pays back the draw.

A non-recoverable draw is, by definition, not a loan that is paid back, so yes it us taxable income to you.

A draw is an advance against future anticipated incentive compensation (commission) earnings. With a draw versus commission payment, typically the only way for the sales employee to earn a higher salary is to meet or exceed specific sales goals in order to earn a higher amount than the draw rate.
How does a draw salary work?
Draw against commission is a salary plan based completely on an employee's earned commissions. An employee is advanced a set amount of money as a paycheck at the start of a pay period. At the end of the pay period or sales period, depending on the agreement, the draw is deducted from the employee's commission.
