What do you like best?
Being able to fill in documents that were previously not fillable. Being able to file some tax documents through pdfFiller has been great also.
What do you dislike?
I haven't had any problems at all with pdfFiller
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filling out documents by hand did not look professional. Transferring the documents to pdfFiller & typing in the information is much better.

I have experienced problems with a transaction on my credit card. Once I located the source of the transaction at PDFFiller, they were able to advise me and resolve the problem. They have been very friendly, professional and helpful throughout. Thank you PDFFiller.

The biggest problem we have is that we receive uneditable documents that we are able to edit easily with PDFFiller. It's super beneficial because it saves us so much time.
