This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I had an excellent experience with this service. The product itself was very useful and allowed me to save and send my forms in a variety of formats, as well as esign, add text, dates, Xs, etc. I had an issue this morning with my account due to an error on my end, and was able to use the chat feature, which provided nearly instant support. They fixed the issue and sent me a confirmation email within seconds.
