Relatively easy to use, intuitive software. Wish there were a way to copy and paste some aspects of the document I'm working into an email or other document.

Communication & follow through on point.
Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and an effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it.
I accidentally signed up for the 1year subscription. I contacted the help desk, and advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month.
Their reply communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month, refunded the difference $114 and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you very much.

I used the trial to fill out an application, but had no reason to subscribe further. The software is easy to use and very useful. I attempted to cancel auto-renewal but i got an email saying I was charged for a year subscription. After contacting customer service, the charge was cancelled within 5 minutes. I was impressed with how quickly and thoroughly they responded to my issues!

Can you notarize a PDF document?
The signer's document is sent to the Notary so it can be signed and notarized. Typically, the document is uploaded in an electronic format such as PDF to the online technology platform used to perform the notarization. The signer's identity is screened according to the requirements of the Notary's commissioning state.
Can you notarize over Skype?
You are authorized to administer an oath to an attorney for the state bar (see GC 8205[a][2]), but you may not use Skype or Zoom to do it because California law does not give Notaries the authority to administer remote oaths.
