Definitely an aid needed in my industry for State regulatory data gathering forms. Tedious and every facility utilized the 35 pg form differently with no consistency. The tool is also very physician specific though as a Nurse Practitioner a good degree of crativity is required to enter the desired information that has no technical heading/home within the document. Adding pages and making duplicates is key as it often required, especially with added clinical experience and with work history. The ssimple 35 pages easily grows to over 60 at times.

I have been using PDFiller for 2 years now, and it doesn't disappoint! It is easy to navigate around, and just as easy to save on to your computer, send as email or just print right away. I also like the new function of saving repeated work as a template. Thanks so much for a great product!

The tab feature does not work when I upload my own documents

Changing things (like dates) on insurance forms helps us a great deal when the insurance information stays the same and only the date needs changed. (Accord forms). We don't have to completely retype an insurance renewal form. So Handy

I have helped a colleague in inputting his information on flyers that had someone else's and the eraser showed lines in the final product. I had to figure out what was going on and I figured out I could increase the eraser to remove items rather than going over it several times (like wite-out tape).

If you need to make changes to documents that you do not want to retype over and over again, then this product is a handy tool. Also, for doing 'already-made-up-flyers' to use for yourself by adding your own information is great. I used to have to remake everything with Corel Draw. This is waaaaaaay easier!!

How do I reduce the size of a PDF in Apple?
Compress a PDF in Preview on Mac In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF you want to compress. Choose File > Export. (Don't choose Export as PDF.) Click the Quartz Filter pop-up menu, then choose Reduce File Size.
How do I resize a PDF in Apple?
Locate the PDF you want to resize on your Mac and click “Open.” Click the tab next to “Filter” at the bottom of your document. Click “Reduce file size.” The filter provided in ColorSync Utility reduces the scale of your PDF by 50% and restrict images to a maximum of 512 by 128 pixels. Click “Apply.” Save your PDF.
How do I resize a PDF smaller on Mac?
