Easy to use! I found the system very easy to use and have only scratched the surface. Converting documents to an editable form was easy to do and the system made it easy to find available PDF or other formatted versions online. Saving different versions or templates was a bit of a challenge but that was easily remedied.

Their program is wonderful. I had a special project last year and it performed as expected. This year project over, subscription wasn't necessary but it automatically renewed. I cancelled it and within MINUTES customer support responded they were processing the refund. Exceptional customer support. I would highly recommend this service.

What do you like best? The dashboard is intuitive and for me the best thing is being able to sign documents. What do you dislike? The application is good but has limitations versus the competition such as file size and not having the scanner tool on the cell phone. Recommendations to others considering the product: In my opinion, a multilanguage tutorial is necessary. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest benefit is being able to sign documents from a distance.

To cancel your order, on the Transcript Order Status application, enter your transcript order number and email address, then select View Status. On the Order Summary page, click the Cancel Order button in the notification area at the top or next to the recipient status.
The fee for Standard Service is $10 per copy. Expedited Mail: Transcripts will be processed and delivered within 24 hours. The fee for expedited mail is $45 per location and $55 for international. Payment is required at the time of ordering a transcript.
Do not open this envelope if you have it sent to yourself. The entire process should not take more than 10 business days to complete. Last but not least, official transcripts won't break the bank, but many colleges and universities charge a $3.00 to $10.00 processing fee. Some schools may also charge for shipping.
How much does it cost to order a credential? The cost is variable because Parchment Senders charge different amounts. Typical record fees range between $3.75 and $20.
Electronically delivered transcripts are $3.25 each. Transcripts mailed or picked up are $5.75 each.
It depends on how far your school is from your prospective institution and how they are able to receive it. If the school accepts electronic transcripts, it may take 24 to 48 hours. If a hard copy is required, it can take a few days to be received. If the schools are on each coast, it could take over a week.
