I found this by accident trying to find a 1500 free medical form but wasn't looking forward to filling it out by hand. We are a dental office just starting to use medical coding for new procedures. Experience was OK. Site is not clear on how to change type size and document size when filling in form. Also don't appreciate having to use PDFfiler and pay for a subscription just to save my document and print a copy. It contradicts your advertising for a Free service.

What do you dislike?
I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.

I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

Took a bit to find the "how to use Zapier" tricks (Zapier had a link), and to learn how to use Fillable Fields properly. However, once over that hump, this service is fantastic. My workflows will be faster and cleaner from this point forward!!!

After 2 weeks, I know much more and find the took extremely valuable. Don't know how I worked without it.

No Complaints but this survey popped up in the middle of drafting in the middle of the night. It would have been nice if it comes up later in the drafting.

What do you like best?
PDF is accessible and gives me the tools I need to edit, review and send docs. I like the ability to change my signature and erase as needed.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes erasing can be problematic, but nothing a little patience can't deal with. Would be nice to be able to erase large segments, sort of like making a large text box.

It's great.

Basically getting and sending signatures. Saves quite a bit of time and of course, the wait for something to get thru the snail mail.
