There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

I was able to make a Loan Agreement in purchasing a Manufactured Home in Florida for my x-husband so we could have it and a POA for him at the closing on May 23, 2022. I live in Michigan and needed to protect my interest in this new home for him and two others that used to live in his Adult Foster Care Home in Grand Rapids, MI seventeen years ago. I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!

Great Product
Great Product. For years I've sought out a decent option for filling forms and signing them, as an enduser, not a provider of the document. This was very easy to do. I needed my husband's signature on it and the fact that I was able to send him a notification and had him sign from his phone REALLY made my day. AWESOME!!!

Great to use, but wish the font/size/color of text would always remain as the original was during editing existing text, or at least show what that information is to the user.

I LOVE the features in the premium package! Now I can create a fillable form and put it on my website where it can be filled out directly! I can even customize the button they click on to fill out the form! I added radio buttons, check boxes, and fillable text boxes. I even saw where I can collect payment upon completion of a form.
