PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. After editing, I was able to save the pdf to my computer, send it by email, print it, and some other stuff that I didn't use. PDFfiler can also get remote signatures.

It's pretty good. There is a delay from when I type till when the text appears in the text box.Also, I don't like have each field with a help box. I know I can X it out but it gets in the way when I want to go fast. I do like that it goes automatically from one field to the next such as with the dates.

This program is excellent, there is a form for just about anything you need! The features included are awesome how you fan sign, fax, email, etc. I love how you are notified when your document is viewed, and how records are kept! I don't know how I ever lived without it! just wished i knew how to use it better...

clients have a hard time opening documents to sign. they get an error message or just can't open to sign. Sometimes it takes hours for them to receive a document. Clients also have a hard time printing out a form they signed

Great for my online classes!
This has been a great tool for editing PDFs for my Anatomy class. The only problem is the "drawing" tool does not provide enough color options. It's very limited.

How do I unlink my Amazon payment?
Go to Amazon.com, and then sign in.
Click Your Account, and then click Payment options.
Click the payment method you want to delete, click Delete, and then click Confirm delete.
How do I take someone off my Amazon account?
Go to Manage Your Household in Your Account.
Under the adult avatars on the left pane of the page, you can leave the Household or remove the other adult: To leave the Household, click Leave below your name. To remove the other adult from the Household, click Remove below their name.
Why does Amazon keep taking money from my account?
A bank has placed an authorization hold for recently canceled or changed orders. When you place an order, Amazon contacts the issuing bank to confirm the validity of the payment method. Your bank reserves the funds until the transaction processes or the authorization expires, but this isn't an actual charge.
How do you change payment method on Amazon?
Go to Your Account.
Click Payment options. To add a payment method, click on Add a card. To edit a payment method, click on a payment method under “Your credit and debit cards” followed by Remove or Edit.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
How do I Redeem an Amazon gift card?
Once a gift card is redeemed on an account it can't be removed from that account by you (i.e. a customer). Only Amazon customer service can redeem a gift card from an account for you. However, you won't receive money in return.
How do I remove an Amazon gift card from my account?
Go to Online Shopping for Electronics, Apparel, Computers, Books, DVDs & more, and then sign in.
Click Your Account (top right-hand corner usually)
Click Manage Payment Options.
Follow the instructions on the page. (Usually it will ask if you want to delete the payment type).
Can you transfer your Amazon gift card to another account?
It is not possible to transfer your Amazon gift card balance to another account, as stated on Amazon's Terms and Conditions. However, by contacting their Customer Service, they are able to redeem your gift card, and you should be able to redeem it to another account.
What is a credit card settlement report?
Settlement report: The Settlement report provides settled credit card transaction information split by credit card type. The purpose of this report is to provide you with which credit card transaction have been processed and paid out.
