It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. What do you like best?
The ability to send a link via email or text to allow a client to sign a document makes things a breeze! I also like having an "encrypted" folder that's password protected for my access only.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really that I currently dislike about the online software.

If you're looking for a very affordable alternative to DocuSign or any other "Send to Sign" type of software, this one takes the cake!

How do I change my marital settlement agreement?
A marital settlement agreement is changed by mutual consent of both spouses (or former spouses, depending on the timing of the desired alteration). In some rare instances, one spouse can file a motion with the court to amend a marital settlement agreement if the interests of justice requires such a modification.
How do I amend a divorce settlement agreement?
Under certain circumstances, both spouses may mutually agree (stipulate) to change certain provisions of the divorce agreement. Changing a divorce settlement agreement requires the new agreement to be in writing. The new agreement will address what is being changed and is submitted to the court for review.
Can a divorce agreement be amended?
A divorce order can only be changed if you apply to court by means of a formal court application to change it. In terms of the divorce settlement agreement, the husband was ordered to pay R 5 000 maintenance per month per child.
Can you modify a divorce settlement?
Generally, once a divorce is finalized, you cannot go back and change the terms of the financial settlement unless there was fraud or one of the parties was not fully informed. If you have concerns, you could ask an attorney to read the document and court order.
