If you’d like to stop using EDocGen we recommend you do the following:

Sign in to your EDocGen account

Navigate to settings or your subscription and payment information

Find the Cancel subscription option (or similar) and click it

After you’ve canceled your EDocGen subscription, you will no longer be charged for it. Now you can switch to pdfFiller to edit, collaborate, store, locate, and audit documents within a single, easy-to-use solution.

i was upset with the fact i could not print/save the doc after editing it, but after shooting a rant to support, they responded within the hour and gave me a 30 day trial run. i really like the app, and you guys really should consider doing a 30 day trial right off the bat, first sign up. anyhow, service rocks, i will def toss some cash yalls way when my trial runs out :)

Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign

I cannot find enough praise.. I cannot find enough praise for the support team at PDFfiller. That the products are exceptional goes without saying, but even the best product can fail without a solid customer service/ support team. Each time I have contacted PDFfiller I have received a prompt response outlining viable solutions and knowledgeable answers. I think that it's a great thing. It makes fighting a case much easier. That more people don't use it. There is nothing else that I like least about it. My vice president used it also an has no problems with it. Being able to find what your looking for, then being able to fill form in an save it, then come back to it.
