Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. Due to a mixup a annual membership was bought. Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. If ever in need of a service, PDFfiller will get my business!

Convenient and easy tool!
I've used pdfFiller since 2016. Easy to use, and has been great for converting, editing and merging documents and forms. I love that unlike programs like Adobe Acrobat I can access and use pdfFiller from anywhere. It has been convenient for work and home use. Had to convert and digitally sign legal documents from Word to PDF today and no one involved had any suitable programs, but I had the solution with pdfFiller!

Really wonderful app
Really wonderful app! It gives you the possibility to edit every element of the PDF you need - from the text (with its exact font) to images and more. I`m really very satisfied with it!

Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.

had to find something quick to fill out a form online and came across pdfFiller and tried it out. I was more than satisfied. I am trying the 30 day trial out and will comment when the time is up.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.

Such a great company
Such a great company. I will use PDFfiller in the future. My company overlooked our Subscription yearly fee which was our fault. I contacted PDFfiller support, Ryan, and explained our oversight. Without questioning he offered to refund our yearly Subscription, which he did, knowing we made a mistake. We received a confirmation refund email 2 minutes after Ryan connected with me. I will always do business with companies of integrity like PDFfiller. Well done
