I had to use as a one -of to sign a document, but inadvertently signed up to a subscription. The website itself wasn't too clear, so no marks there. However, once i realised i was signed up and contacted the company via email, it was resolved with 2 emails over 2 days - from *********! And with me using my son's email address and forgetting i had done so. Very happy to get a refund. ******, *********

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. How do you put a full name in a nickname?
Usually, a nickname is placed directly after the official first name, and is surrounded by quotation marks, to distinguish it from the components of the real name.
Do you put a nickname in quotes?
While no rules govern whether a nickname is put in quotation marks, the tendency is for quotation marks to be used more often when the nickname is inserted within or precedes another name, and less when used alone.

What are single quotation marks used for?

Should names be in quotations?
A quick rule: Names (of people, places, and things) need to be capitalized, but titles (of things) need both capitalization and either quotation marks or italics.
