The service works well and is very convenient, however I was disappointed by the way I was able to complete an entire form but was not advised it was not free until the form was completed after spending a couple hours working on it. Since this is a pay service, the consumer should be advised immediately upon accessing any forms on an internet search. In order to preserve my work, I had no choice but to subscribe. Perhaps you should market a new service that charges by the document. I would have gladly paid for that up front. The service itself works very well.

It is expensive. You need to reduce the annual price. I also do not like the way the eraser works - it is either very sketchy or one has to save a doc and reload to erase something just done. Very slow and clunky

Having the capability to complete my documents on line and print makes my job run more effective and efficient. This is a great tool and is full of features that I really need for editing, exporting, merging and printing documents. I like all of the supported file formats and may use the routing features in the future. The pdfFiller will import huge .pdf files and allows you to save just one or two pages from that file for editing. It offers alot of flexibility and performance features which I appreciate for document management and workflow.

I was looking for a PDF fillable DS11 Form for passport renewal and found this product. It did everything I needed and more. I wish this had been around before I retired. Takes handwriting errors out of the game when submitting government forms.
