Ease of changing a PDF to suit a particular need and/or make corrections to a PDF to present to a different customers
What do you dislike?
Only downside is not having an autosave when working on a PDF and after being distracted by other people returning to the PDF to find you need to restart.

great, easy to use, saves us a fortune on an extra phone line for a fax. Great customer service, I always use live chat and get answers and resolution within a few minutes. I have only had to use support 3 times in a year because the program is so user friendly.

Easy to use and easy to understand format, it made me feel like a pro lol, and I love the feature of being able to download your copies to your computer in either a PDF or a Word file, personally I dislike PDF files but if you have to send or receive them this is the perfect tool to do it with. Have already recommended it to several friends and family.

I am excited to learn all the features the software has to offer.
I am so happy i can take current PDF files and turn them into filliable files. This has been very helpful as i started this position and can't always find fillable files.

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. I really like it
I really like it. I find the tool great. I just wish I could drag and drop pictures from my desktop directly to the pdf without the uploading process.
