I signed up for a year. Now simple edit tool to use erase etc expects me to pay more and doesn't allow those tools. That, IMO is a bit too unfriendly. Allowing me to use for some time and then asking to pay for extended period of time would make sense to me as I would see a value in buying these additional editing tools/

PDF Filler is intuitive to use (easy buttons). The one add I would like is to be able to edit signed documents and initial the edits...currently signed documents are Read Only even to the originator.

user friendly, easy to create and send, very happy with the responsiveness of customer service via email; however, it would be nice to be able to speak to someone on the phone for quick questions.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Initially was not happy for being charged £150 after my free trial ended (without knowing) though they processed my refund very quickly.

How do you count days in a contract?
To calculate the last day for performance when this is the case, start with the first day after the beginning day and count the number of days specified to reach the last day for performance. Basically, when the language says “within,” count the effective date of the contract as Day Zero and go from there.
How do you count days legally?
The rule is to count by excluding the first day and including the last, unless the last day is a holiday, and then it is also excluded. (§ 12.)
How do you count in 30 days?
2 Answers. Within 30 days = You have no more than 30 days. (By itself this does not clarify when the start date or end date is). Within 30 days of the expiration date = You have a period of 30 days before the expiration date (inclusive).
Do you count weekends for court deadlines?
Count every day after the filing date, including weekends, holidays, and the last day of the period. If the last day of the period is a Saturday, Sunday, holiday, or court closure, the period continues to run until the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, holiday, or court closure.
How do you count 15 calendar days?
To get exactly fifteen weekdays from now, you actually need to count 21 total days (including weekend days). That means that 15 weekdays from today would be April 7, 2020.
How do you calculate days in a real estate contract?

When time is computed in a real estate contract days counted are?
Unless the parties agree to the contrary in writing, all real estate contracts using NAMES forms will automatically count the number of days according to the following computation of time summary: Day commencing the period is Day 0. 5 days or less — count Business Days ONLY. Greater than 5 days — count ALL days.
Does the 10-day inspection period include weekends?
The inspection contingency is counted as follows: Day 1 = Thursday, Day 2 = Friday, Day 3 = Saturday, Day 4 = Sunday, Day 5 = Monday, Day 6 = Tuesday, Day 7 = Wednesday, Day 8 = Thursday, Day 9 = Friday, Day 10 = Saturday. The tenth and final day of the contingency period falls on a Saturday.
