I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. But after trying it, I liked it so much, I continued the subscription after the trial and my subscription expires in 2 days and I plan to renew for another year. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in .pdf format. The program is also very easy to use and has many great features (like "erase" and different font styles and sizes). I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Love the software but a bit of a brain surgery to start with each new document. The links, steps and path for loading and working on documents need to be highlighted better for new users. Probably makes great sense to the programmer but new users have to hunt for the next link or button to click.

Excellent tool, very useful and easy to use
In my work we use a lot of PDF for contact with the client and the truth is that it is useful to have such a tool to make it quick and easy; It's something less to think about.
The best thing about this tool is that it solves a basic problem with the PDFs we receive: editing them. It is also very easy to use, saves a lot of time and has the possibility of adding a digital signature to each document.
Some form formats are more complex to edit and the tool gets confused, but it happens with all other tools.

I was able to edit the pdf…
I was able to edit the pdf appropriately. When I converted to a word document, the places I had checkmarks in the pdf did not align properly in the word document, but that's really the only issue I had.

Free trial is a great way to know and understand the capabilities of pdffiller
it saves the files under a different name, but i dealt with it since i used the free trial
