I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. I spent approx $70 for PDF Filler, could not find a page rotate icon when I really needed it, then a screen popped up that I would have to spend $120 per year to have this additional function. I was in the midst of needing to reorient some legal documents so paid the additional money. I find this to be less than fair business practice as when I signed up there was no clear breakdown presented on the functions available for different costs.

It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful. With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.

Changed my small business capabilities I am now able to manipulate documents and complete forms that I need to use on various government websites. This capability changes my small business and, as I bill for my services, gives my clients the absolutely best of what they pay me to accomplish! I can't see any downside to this software. There is nothing I have tried to accomplish that I have not been able to do with this software.

Would be better if you didn't have to input personal card information for a one time use on a free item. Other than that, good experience because it was easy to navigate.

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to upload documents and make the necessary changes to the documents that require modification. I have completed forms for students and uploaded signatures easily and have been able to successfully download documents as well. What do you dislike? I have noticed that sometimes when I upload a document that I previously edited using PDFFiller, it makes my signature super bold and not easily read. It changes the format automatically and I have to download a new document to upload and add a signature. It seems like once I utilize PDFfiller and download the document the format of the previous e-signature is no longer compatible. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? We had to provide e-signatures to international students on their I-20 documents and PDFfiller has been an integral part of that process. It has been very accommodating for me to upload documents and sign them electronically for students and then easily download them and email them back to the students.

Is it possible to scan a document and edit the text?

Scan a document as a PDF file and edit it in Word In Word, click File > Open. Browse to the location of the PDF file on your computer and click Open. A message appears, stating that Word will convert the PDF file into an editable Word document. Click OK.

Can you type on a scanned PDF?
