This tool is AMAZING!!! I've wasted so much time over the years bringing images into Word and overlaying text boxes to accomplish what this tool does SO easily. Thank You! One suggestion: when I click on a document page on the left side of the screen, it would be great if that page opened roughly where I clicked. That is, if I click on the bottom of the page image on the left, it would be great if the page opened with the bottom showing, rather than having to scroll down to the bottom. This would make it the same as Acrobat.

Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. Well! I got the 114.00 per yr it did not tell me that I had to have the 184.00a yr program! Made me upgrade to be able to use it. It's a good program if you use it everyday I'm a small business owner so I only use it when I need it,

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. She helped me figure out my dilemma. Thank youMathieu
