User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. Well it seems to work OK but I am not thrilled about the price, I haven't used it that much but for anybody that does a lot of form applications it seems like a goods program to have.

As a new small business operator, this software has helped me with so many tasks without having to leave work. The only draw back is that many times, recipients can't open sent pdf files and another route has to be taken.

I'm able to have my clients sign documents by just emailing them the link and if they make a mistake, they can always open up the link and sign again.

Very easy to use. I am able to do the dental billing I need to do from home. It saves it for me and I print out what I need for my records.

I have got to say during this time of a COVID-19 crisis, it's nice to have a service like this where I can just get the pdf's filled out and signed. It also makes for the reader on the other end to see it more clearly. I am an extremely happy customer and will continue to be for as long as COVID is here anyway.
