I think, if it isn't in place, a way to be able to use it on your mobile device. Most often, I'm on the go and things have to be changed or modified. This could be huge for a busy person like me.

A good program (and nice people)
A good program, a bit too comprehensive for me (in some ways), and a few (to me) important features were missing.
After my trial period, I was accidentally invoiced for a full year, the support department solved that nicely.

How long before a guest becomes a tenant?
Any guest staying in the property more than 2 weeks in any 6-month period will be considered a tenant, rather than a guest, and must be added in the lease agreement. Landlord may also increase the rent at any such time that a new tenant is added to the lease or premise.

In California, an Unwanted House Guest or Roommate Who Has Never Paid Rent May Be Evicted With A Thirty-Day Notice to Quit. In California, a tenant at will can be evicted by properly serving a 30-Day Notice to Quit that is prepared in conformity with California law.

What makes a guest a tenant?
The Difference Between a Tenant and a Guest Basically, any adult over the age of 18 who is living in the unit. However, even if a name is not listed on the lease, and they are paying rent, they can be considered a tenant. A guest is a person who visits occasionally, and maybe sleeps over a few times in a given period.
Can a landlord evict a tenants guest?
When you have acquired the necessary evidence, then you may take action to evict the tenant or add their guest to the lease. Most of the time, landlords don't really care about tenants' guests, unless they are posing a serious threat to the property or community.
Can my landlord tell me I can't have guests?
In short, no. A landlord cannot tell you what friends can visit with you, unless there is some other valid reason, such as your friend is disturbing other tenants, engaging in destructive or criminal behavior, etc.
