Accidental annual subscription
I had accidentally signed up for a 1-year subscription and PDFFiller were very very friendly and ended the contract for me after all and refunded my money straight away.... I think any other company would have left me out in the cold and kept my money, because it was obviously my mistake with the forgotten cancellation... really a big thank you and also for the fact that the support took care of it so quickly. This was just new to me so it has taken me a lot of time to navigate around to do what I needed to do. I'm sure with some use and training it will be very easy to use. I have accomplished filling in the form but I'm trying to see how to get the new file name to appear as a download on my computer, so this is what I'm working on now.

While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.
