for the most part, all of the documents that i need have been found on PDF filler. I did have to find the 2016 1099 int form on another site, but at least i found it.

I like the ease of use. I do think the help system needs and upgrade. Should have a searchable index. It is hard to find topics. I am an experienced software guy and just want to find out how to do thinks.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). So helpful. I can fill out the form instead of scanning, printing, filling out, and then scanning again so that I can send it back. I did try other programs... this one is by far the very best.

Very easy to use. Super helpful. I have to complete so many forms this is an amazing addition so I dont have to hand write everything.

I would say the price, but even that isn't bad. So nothing at all.

Like mentioned above, I often have so many forms I need to fill out. I love being able to just write and fill in the things I need. To make them look very clean and professional.
