Fast and easy
This was easy to use. I filled out my tax form and it was immediately sent to the IRS via certified mail. I’m able to track my document and know it will arrive on time. I’m happy I didn’t have to wait 30 min in line at the post office to send the document.

I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful. Why can't I transfer ownership of a Google Doc?
If are a personal user, you cannot transfer ownership for the items other than Google format files and folder, unlike G Suite administrators who can change the file owner for all accounts. If you are a Suite user, please contact your IT Department.
How do I change ownership of a Google Doc?
Open the document you want to change the ownership of by going into docs.google.com or drive.google.com.
Click the blue share button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Why can't I share a Google Doc?
If the folder you want to share with anyone on the link is owned within a G Suite account, you need to “Set Drive users' sharing permissions” to allow all the users to share folders to non-gaming account. Note: If the folders are in a shared drive, non-Google account cannot be added to the Shared drive.
How do I transfer ownership of multiple Google Docs?
Highlight all the files you want to transfer (either shift+down OR CTRL+click)
Click on the Share button on the top right OR Right click on any of the files > Share.
Click Advanced.
