Overall a great product. My only qualm with the software is the picture quality of the pages displayed when a user is selecting pages to "save as." The images are not clear enough for anyone to distinguish pages. A zoom function would be much appreciated.

Like that it remembers where I was in filling in the forms. Filling in was a little awkward on the government forms I was working with. Would help to have a built in tracking mechanism to determine progress.

I was in a hurry to get a commercial invoice to a broker, all went well until I tried to email the document. I'm 64 years old, so not the brightest when it comes to computer stuff, but it was really confusing at that point.

I've been looking for an easy way to fill out these forms other then using a typwriter. The only issue was I couldn't find this years forms very easy. I had to contact customer support. ???

The PDF writer worked perfect for what I needed
Pretty easy to use and worked just as advised. I needed this to fill out PDF documents vs. printing them out and hand writing them. In addition finish product is neat and looks professional.
Don't have any negatives other than if it where free it would be even better, but the fee is small in relationship to what you gain.

Easy & simple to use!
Perfect for e-signing docs. Navigating the documents is easy & doesn't take you into weird places of the doc that don't need attention.
I don't see any improvements that need to be made, I really like this product.

PDF ****** provides a useful service that was difficult to find on other platforms. It does require providing payment info when you sign up for the free trial, but their customer service was extremely polite and helpful when I needed to cancel and get the charge refunded. **** helped me, and if I was in a position to need their service for my job or personal life, I would absolutely renew my subscription.

What do you like best?
The dashboard is intuitive and for me the best thing is being able to sign documents.
What do you dislike?
The application is good but has limitations versus the competition such as file size and not having the scanner tool on the cell phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my opinion, a multilanguage tutorial is necessary.

The biggest benefit is being able to sign documents from a distance.

How do I maintain my CEN certification?
75 of the 100 contact hours must be of CLINICAL content in your specialty area or practice, and up to 25 may be of Non-clinical content. It is acceptable to have more than 75 contact hours of clinical content. 50 of the 100 contact hours must be from accredited sources.
How long is the CEN certification good for?
This is approximately equal to answering 75% of the 150 scored test items correctly. A CEN test score report is given to each test taker upon completion of the CEN examination. If a passing score is achieved, the CEN certification is good for four years.
How often do you have to renew your CEN?
Recertification for your CEN®, CRNA®, PENA®, CRNA®, or CRNA® is required every four (4) years, and, while you are responsible for keeping track of your certification expiration date, BUENA® will communicate with you at just the right times during your four-year cycle to help keep you on track.
How hard is the CEN exam?
The CEN exam is a 175 question exam with 150 scored questions and 25 questions scored. It is not indicated during the test which items are scored versus scored. You must answer 106 correctly to pass the exam. The test is 180 minutes long from start to finish.
