Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.

How do you extend formatting in Excel?
Click and drag over the cell or range of cells that you want to receive the conditional formatting. Excel automatically copies the formatting into the range when you release the mouse button. To copy conditional formats multiple times, double-click Format Painter.
How do I extend conditional formatting to other cells?
Copying Conditional Formatting to Another Cell Click on the cell that has the conditional formatting you want to copy. Click Home > Format Painter. To paste the conditional formatting, drag the paintbrush across the cells or ranges of cells you want to format.
Can you do multiple conditional formatting in Excel?
Yes, it is possible to set multiple conditional formats and even have them active at the same time. So if one formatting only specifies a text color and the other only a background, then you can get both effects in a cell.
How do I drag conditional formatting in Excel?
Select the cell and apply the conditional formatting, referencing other cells in the row. Highlight the row. Drag the corner of the row down to the bottom of the cells you want to apply the formatting to just as if you were going to replace all the content.

How do you AutoFill formatting in Excel?
Begin a new spreadsheet. Add initial data that is needed. Select the cell that you wish to AutoFill. Move the cursor to the bottom right corner of the cell. It will turn into a solid cross. Notice how Excel fills the series with months for you automatically. Drag the cursor across the cells to as many as you need.
