Exactly the form that I required. Repeated editing was necessary for approval of recipient and permitted by PDF filler. Direct email was most helpful to pre-empt time delays. Anticipate emailing for initials & signature - hope it works out.

Very easy to use
I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful.
I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.

Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever! I accidentally signed for a year and it cost me an amount of money I can't afford (it doesn't seem much, but when your local currency is way behind USD, it greatly hurts your wallet). How do I make a PDF editable in Chrome?
Open your PDF in Chrome using the pdfFiller editor.
Edit, sign, annotate or add fillable fields to your PDF.
How do I extract one page from a PDF and save it?
Click the three-dot menu near the top-right corner and select Print. Select Save as PDF from the “"Destination”" menu. To choose your pages, click the “"Pages”" menu, select Custom, and then enter the page range you want to extract. Click Save to save your new PDF.
How do I batch extract pages from a PDF?
On the toolbar bar go to the Batch Tab > Convert To > Extract Pages as Image.
Set the options for the batch process. Additional details for each of the settings are available below.
Once all the settings are complete, click on Start to begin the batch process.
