The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

The form was fairly easy to alter and print. However, I did have a lot of difficulty inserting text into the box below the name of my company. I was not able to make the font different sizes for highlighted text which was even on different lines. I did not make the form the way I would have preferred but I am overall satisfied.

Can I download IRS forms?
There are a number of excellent sources available for taxpayers to obtain tax forms, instructions, and publications. They include: Downloading from IRS Forms & Publications page. Picking up copies at an IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center.
How do I save my tax return as a PDF?
In the upper-right corner, near the top, select Print Center (or, you can choose Save to PDF from the File menu in the extreme upper-left corner). Select the forms you would like to generate, then select Save As PDF. In the Save As window, change the default location if desired, and then select Save.
Can you print a 1040ez form online?
To access online forms, select “Individuals” at the top of the IRS website and then the “Forms and Publications” link located on the left-hand side of the page. You will then see a list of printable forms, including the 1040, 1040-EZ, 4868 form for an extension of time and Schedule A for itemized deductions.
How do I print my tax transcript?
To view and print your transcripts online, go to IRS.gov and use the Get Transcript tool. To order by phone, call 800-908-9946 and follow the prompts. You can also request your transcript using your smartphone with the IRS2Go mobile phone app.
