It can be irritating. There are capabilities in the software that are not immediately obvious. You have to discover them without assistance. e.g. How to reduce font size where that is available.

Has many great tools, but a little difficult to navigate, not clear instructions. I am sure I am not utilizing half of the features, it is trial and effort, not all successes, but slowly figuring things out.

Overall very easy to use, tools are easy to manage and it's great at converting PDF to Word.
It is a little expensive but other than that, no issues.

This is the greatest software for online documents
I love that this software has been created. It's amazing when you need to do paperwork for something and can do it through email. It's such a hassle trying to complete certain documents and get them where they need to go if you don't have access to doing them via online

Is sending a PDF via email secure?
This security protects your emails from point-to-point, so no matter where those emails end up, they're still secure. When you send an attachment that is encrypted end-to-end, the file is converted into a format that is unreadable without a digital key. The intended recipient can then decrypt and read the attachment.
