Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. So far so good... i've used several different programs and am a quick learner.... can't say that for a lot of people who are not used to new programs.... this is VERY user friendly and I will definitely recommend it!

Great to mark up documents.
I like this software and they have a money back guarantee of 100 days I believe.
I use this product to mark up documents and sign. I like to keep everything that I do 100% electronic, so with products like this, I am able to do so.
I haven't found anything wrong with this software. It is great for any industry who deals with electronic PDF files.

Well time saving. instead of many back & forth conversions to & from word to PDF I could just edit save & forward. I just need to know or investigate on file download?

Easy to navigate
Easy to navigate. I didn't have cash to send correspondence to the IRS. This is a great tool for sure. It's more difficult submitting a review though, just saying. Your date feature sucks.

How easy it is to fill out pdf forms and add signatures. Much cheaper than adobe alternative.
