The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! I use pdf filler for anything between signing contracts and making NDAs. It's easily recognizable and has a good reputation.

It can get too expensive at times if you aren't getting discounts or special offers.

Easy to use
Easy to useAllows the user to do things like make forms fillable very quickly. The size of the fields I added were slightly bigger than I would like, but this was not a major problem. Otherwise, I think it's intuitive and pretty easy. My needs are fairly simple, though - just making a workbook fill-able by students working online.

Glad to have it. Wished i didn't have to reset with every entry. It should assume you want the same font until you tell the program to change. Gets tedious to change for every number on the page.

We are an accounting office in Kansas and we have quite a few clients that are out of town and this program allowed us to get signatures with out having the clients come into the office multiple times. I would defiantly recommend this program! We are a small firm so the basic package works for us and it is a reasonable price and the customer service is great, prompt and knowledgeable.

Why required is not working in HTML?
