prepare your base document, and save. then save as onto your computer desktop, and rename once downloaded onto your computer desktop. reuse the base document over and over for different clients.... works great and gave me the exact form i was looking for.

Great Product!
I love this software; it has been invaluable. I have used it to fill out job applications, insurance, medical & school documents. I'll continue to use it.
It is very easy to upload documents to this software. Editing is user-friendly even for those not technically savvy. I like that I have many options in saving or exporting my finished document. Also, I like that my previous documents are saved because there has been more than once that a document has been lost or needed again. I have been saved by the fact that PDF Filler has the previously used document saved.
I have not found anything I really dislike about this software. I'll be honest in that I'm not crazy about the price but I have found this software so helpful I have been using it for over two years now. I've recommended it to several people. I did not rate the customer service because I have never used it. I guess the fact that I've been using this for over two years & never had a customer service issue speaks for itself.

pdfFiller is a Great
pdfFiller is a great idea, "Not one software fits all." With so many different computer sources and digital platforms out there. We lose track what is compatible, what's not. Not using adobe frequently outside of work, this is amazing.

The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time.
You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.

How do I automatically name a file?
Select the first file in the folder. Click the Home tab. Click the Rename button. Quick tip: You can also press the F2 button, right-click the files and select the Rename option, or click the file once and slowly click the file name again to trigger the rename action.
How do you show file names in Word?
Click the File tab.
Click Print in the left pane.
Click Page Setup at the bottom.
On the Paper tab, click Print Options.
In the Printing Options section, check Update Fields Before Printing (Figure E).

How do I rename PDF contents?
Add PDF file, choose data you want to use as Macro as right-click and select “Get content by Position/ Keyword”, then “Save”; Choose “Rename Filename→Macro” as you edited macro; Click “Rename” to rename PDF files based on content.
How do you change a PDF file name?
Right-click on the PDF file you selected, or, if you selected all the PDF files, right-click on any of the files. Type the desired name for the PDF files and press Enter. If you selected one PDF file, that file's name will now be changed.
