My experience has been wonderful. I paid a lot of money for a divorce site that would allow me to use fillable forms. It was frustrating from the beginning. I started using PDFfiller instead, and requested a full refund from the other service. They refunded my money. I have had great luck finding everything I need for this divorce. Your help support is great! I would certainly recommend this company/service to anyone.

The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

My wife had some US Government forms that needed to be filled out and returned. Because of her medical condition, she couldn't fill them out longhand, and she asked me if there was a way she could type and fill them in. We couldn't find access to a typewriter (WHAT'S THAT???), but I searched on Google and found information about your app. I had worked with some PC-based forms applications before, so I knew what type of function I was looking for. I scanned the forms into a PDF, and PDFfiller opened the files and allowed me to create editable fields on the forms which she then filled using your browser-based app. It got the job done! There were a couple times where she thought she had lost everything, but because of the automatic save function, nothing was lost. Unfortunately, I don't have any other immediate need for this, but I certainly hope you use this for promoting your product. I would have given it 5 stars had there been an apparent way of copying all the fields I added to one page and paste them onto identical subsequent pages in my document (you know the Government--lots of duplicate type information!). I had to create the same fields over about 8 or 9 identical pages on one of the forms. If I find I do have more use for this app in the near future, I will purchase it!

An affidavit is a form that allows you to provide additional information required to process your claim. Affidavits are sometimes used to prevent possible fraudulent activity on your account and ensure that only authorized users on the account are able to file a claim.

How do I file a claim for my phone? To file a claim, click here and select your carrier. Be sure to have the make and model of your device available, and have a method of payment for your deductible on hand. After you submit your claim, you should receive an email with tracking and shipping information.
It protects against device malfunction, damage, loss and theft; and carries a $49 — $199 deductible depending on the device. Verizon's deductibles tend to be a little lower -- most high-end Android phones won't hit the $199 deductible.
Asuncion covers loss, theft, accidental damage, and malfunction the big ones most people file claims for. Once your insurance claim is approved, you'll be told if Asuncion is electing to repair or replace the device, if it's the latter, they'll ship it out to you overnight. It may be new, or it may be refurbished.
Your replacement device will be shipped through FedEx unless they cannot deliver and should arrive next day. Shipping times may vary. Good luck and make sure your replacement works correctly. Asuncion success.
Simple. Be honest and return the damaged phone to Asuncion, or they will charge you a couple of hundred dollars as a penalty. HOWEVER, if you owe $1400 to AT&T they can blacklist your new replacement phone if you default on your bill.
What do I do with my old phone? You are required to return your damaged or defective device using the prepaid shipping label provided with the replacement device. You will need to return the damaged or defective device within 10-15 days to avoid non-return charges.
