Filling out forms for business accounts and taxes looks very professional using this software.
I recommend trying this product out. PDF forms are easily filled out for a clean, professional appearance.
Just like using any new software, learning how it operates can be frustrating but with help and tutorials becomes easily used.

Who pays the building permit?
Dear Cara: Typically, contractors will include permit costs as a part of their bid. But it's important that your contractor is the one who obtains and pays for the permit.
Do I need a permit to build an addition?
In addition to the traditional building permit, which gives you and/or the contractor the permission to build or add on to the home, each specialty trade, such as HVAC, electrical or plumbing, has its own permit. Before building a home addition, brush up on the required permits.

Can homeowner do electrical work in NJ?
Unless the laws have changed only Electrical and Plumbing contractors have to be licensed to work on customer homes. You can do any electrical work or plumbing in your OWNER OCCUPIED SINGLE FAMILY HOME in NJ. Permits and inspections are required for any NEW work and some replacement work like water heaters, A/C units.

Do you need a permit to do electrical work?
Virtually all electrical work requires a permit from the Electrical Safety Authority. An electrical permit (also called a Notification) needs to be taken out before or within 48 hours of when the electrical work starts. Permits must be taken out by the party who is doing the work.
