My experience was good with pdfFiller. I just don't feel that I would use it enough to keep the extra expense!
This was my response and I truly liked it a lot but I don't think that I would be using it enough to warrant the extra expense.

One of the best PDF filler's on the market. Various ways to collect your initials and signatures, easy to use and well worth it... Think a bit pricey, but for what it offers it is highly recommended.
SUGGESTION: Add a once off option - I only use it occasionally.

The best online resource for anything that deals with words. Has every feature imaginable, and then some, to get personal or professional work done fast. How do I make a field mandatory in PDF?
Open the PDF form. Right-click on the form field > click on Properties > click General. Select Required. Click on Actions. Under Select Trigger, select On Blur. Select Run a JavaScript under Select Action. Insert the following text:
