I just started to use PDFfiller and like the ease of completing pdfs, and logical flow of the app! Also love the send fax feature although while it seemed to work well from the desktop app, it seemed to hang when faxing from my galaxy Note 4 (just kept spinning and I had to force stop the app)-- will have to try faxing more to see if it was a device or app issue.

You can easily create a form where the recipient can put his or her signature by using its send to sign tool. You can share your document. You can email it. Whats best is that you can have your form notarized.
Pdffiller has different plans and price is affordable depending on the number of users. However chat support or customer support's turn around time to resolve issue also depends on your plan. If it is just basic, expect support to attend to you within 24 hours. If you have the premium, then it will be instant support.

As a freelancer I use PDF Filler to complete W9 forms - it's great!
PDF Filler is simple, easy to use, and creates professional documents that are easily accepted by employers and large corporations.
The exporting workflow is a little confusing - at least for their IRS W9 Form. Instead of just pressing a button to save the file to my phone I had to email it to myself in order to obtain it. This may have just been my ignorance, however. All in all, PDF Filler is a great help!

PDf FIller worked Well. We are a tax service and the application was very useful. It would be great to have a library of fillable IRS forms too. Maybe this could be a future product option?

How to Use the Fine-tune Columns Pdf Feature
The Fine-tune Columns Pdf feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily adjust and customize the columns in your PDF document. Follow these simple steps to make the most out of this feature:

Open the PDF document you want to fine-tune the columns for in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Columns' tab located on the left-hand side of the screen.

You will see a preview of your document with the existing columns highlighted.

To add a new column, click on the 'Add Column' button.

A new column will appear in the preview. You can adjust the width of the column by dragging the edges.

To delete a column, simply click on the 'Delete Column' button.

If you want to rearrange the order of the columns, click on the 'Move Column' button and drag the column to the desired position.

To merge two adjacent columns into one, click on the 'Merge Columns' button.

You can also split a column into two by clicking on the 'Split Column' button.
