It was wonderful using the form to fill in my information, however, I was shocked to learn at the end that I am required to joint for a fee or my document would be unprintable. You should notify a person first there is a fee in case they have no money to pay your fee or do not wish to pay when you can print these forms out from many sources and fill in by using a pen.

Great online chat support!
Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!

JUST AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN ADOBE PDF AND CHEAPER
Used for filling out electronic documents, easier than filling out documents manually and then having to scan them in order to email them.
Easier to use than adobe PDF, at a better price.
No complaints about this software as the time of me reviewing it, so far very content with it.

Best customer service ever, very prompt response with 24hrs manned online support, this tool is the best and very convenient to use. Had an issue with my account so they did refund money i paid for the premium subscription in less than an hour.

How quickly can objects be restored from Glacier?
Standard retrievals typically finish within 35 hours for objects stored in the S3 Glacier storage class. They typically finish within 12 hours for objects stored in the S3 Glacier Deep Archive storage class.
How long does it take to restore from Glacier?
Unlike S3, Amazon's Glacier service does not offer immediate download (restore). When restoring from Glacier, ARQ must first request that the objects be made downloadable. This takes approximately 1-5 minutes (Expedited retrieval tier), 3-5 hours (Standard retrieval tier) or 5-12 hours (Bulk retrieval tier).
