I have had to upgrade twice to professional and just did again so I could use the features. Billing does not show that the upgrades were put in place.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. PDFfiller is easy to use and has widely varied functionality. From the editing of documents to the administrative/management aspects of the program, it is quick and simple
What do you dislike?
Some elements of the interface gets a bit busy. It ends up leaving me with a somewhat small visual operating space. It is worth mentioning, though, that this has improved a bit in the last six months or so.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm using the templates to edit and send out letters, which I like. I'm also sometimes using the direct email function.

Lifesaver!!
Lifesaver!!! I am not always able to print documents, fill, them out, sign them, and then scan them in and email them to recipients. This program allows me to skip most of the steps.

I am using it time to time for to fill the pdf. I got this because IRS fillable from will not let me
I have used IRS form like 1099 and 1096 and other forms.
Easy to move PDF and update. Also I can save filled PDF to my folder. I really like the filled and sign.

It is not very difficult to navigate, but I do have issues with finding some of the documents I need. Plus, I feel that the pricing of basic level is too much. I am a person with a limited income and can not afford much. I need this program to help with my taxes and a few other documents, but I can not afford to pay an entire years worth!

How do you get rid of a header?
Go to Insert > Header & Footer. On the top right side of the document, select Options > Remove Headers & Footers.
Why can't I remove header in Word?
1. Double-click the header in any one page to go to the editing mode, and then, select the content of the header, see screenshot: 2. Then, press Delete key on keyboard, and then click Close Header and Footer to exit the editing mode, all headers in this current document have been deleted immediately.
