I was in a total jam and needed forms right away. I was so afraid my only option was to type all these required forms and then have to write in the answers with a pen. The program is awesome. Spectacular. Your business practices are manipulative and shady. As much as I like the actual experience of using your website, the way you rope people in to pay for the privilege only AFTER they finish their documents is clearly intentional and very very suspect. For that reason I will never recommend this to anyone.

Slick tool. Nice editing capabilities. Some of the menus are confusing - for example: finding where to update an existing link to fill document is challenging.

PDFfiller in a medical office
Overall, very pleased with the program. Love the east of use, wish the file saving was a little easier.
I like being able to upload patient forms that need completed (i.e. FMLA or short term disability) and completing neatly with PDFfiller, instead of handwriting, etc.
I love the east of emailing or faxing directly from the program as well. The confirmation of receipt or email being read is nice.
Some times the text boxes are difficult to line up or get placed properly but I really feel with more use I will become better with these small tweaks.

I had a surprisingly positive experience when I discovered that I had a subscription after several months of notifications being filtered into my spam folder. When I contacted the company, I received a prompt and thorough response. I wasn’t hassled or blamed; instead, I felt understood and supported. My account was canceled for me, and I was informed that I would receive a full refund. It was a great relief to be treated with such understanding. Thank you!

Not much not to like. Spell checker would be nice. though.

After creating a document and saving it, it landed back in the template folder. Have to switch over to documents to access

Very good to be able to edit pdfs, though it is still a fairly clunky procedure. But for a free download you can't complain.
