It's not as easy to follow as you think it is. For example, Save As is a command that most of us think as a file name, not application such as PDF or Docx. I now have to go back and find the document, add the signature and then, change the name of the file, somehow from the template to a specific client's file.

I like this app very much it makes keeping track of my medications, allergies, surgeries and other medical information easier and all in one place. I can just print what I need to take with me when I am going to see a new doctor for the first time. I recommend this product.

How do I remove a page break in access report?
To remove a page break Select the page break control, and then press the Delete key.
How do I force a page break in access report?
Open the report in Design view.
On the Design tab, in the Controls group, click Insert Page Break.
Click the location where you want to place the page break control. Access indicates the page break with a short line on the left edge of the report.
How do you make an access report fit on one page?
Double-click the name of the report in the database window.
Click the Setup button in the Print Preview toolbar. (For Access 2000, choose File | Page Setup.)
Change the left and right margins from one inch to .75, or lower than needed, and click OK.
