I have trouble using the pdffiller on my laptop, I can not upload b/c the screen is not wide enough to get to the click button. I can on my desktop when I go into the office. Sometimes the app does not give me the ability to save or download - I have to play with it back in forth before it will save as a fillable file. But my biggest issue is using my laptop when I work remotely and I have to use it. Thanks for inquiry and the survey to give me the opportunity to voice a concern.

How do I set up Ping Identity?
Login to the Ping Identity portal.
From the Ping Identity menu select Applications.
Then select Add Application and select New SAML Application.
On the Application Details page, add the following data:

How do I get a Pinged pairing code?
You'll see a QR code and pairing key. On your new device, open the Pinged app and scan the QR code, or enter the pairing key. A green checkmark indicates pairing is complete and your organization is added to Pinged. Next time you log on to your account or app, you will be prompted to authenticate on the new device.
What is Pinged authentication?
Pinged is a multi-factor authentication (MFA) solution delivered through the Pinion platform. Pinged provides multi-factor authentication for cloud-based applications, on-premises applications, VPNs Windows Servers and RDP, and Secure Shell (SSH).
How do I reset my Pinged?
Open the Pinged application.
Select the Settings icon (gear icon).
Select Unpair device and follow the prompts.
How do I get my Pinged one time password?
To begin, login to your desired account or application. You will then be prompted to enter a one-time passcode. On your device, open the Pinged mobile app and enter the one-time passcode into the passcode field on the authentication screen and press Enter.
How do I change my device to Pinged?
Select Change Device and select Yes.
With your new device that has the Pinged application installed, scan the QR code that is displayed on the old device's Pinged application.
