How to Get Your College Transcripts: In a Nutshell. FIRST: Call or email your school's Office of the Registrar; they are the department responsible for archiving student transcript information. SECOND: Ask if you need to send your written consent for them to release your transcripts to you.
Transcripts may be picked up at the Office of the Registrar, 204 E Derrick Center. Photo identification is required in order to pick up a transcript. If you send someone to pick up the transcript for you, they must provide a letter from you with your signature giving them permission by name to pick up your transcript.
