What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.

We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

PDFFiller saved my books!
PDFFiller saved my books! As a young author, I had no idea what I was doing and deleted my original documents once the books were published. I only kept the print-ready PDFs. Years later, I realized there were a lot of spelling mistakes and errors in them, and wanted to re-publish. Since the books had photos, I couldn't simply convert to a doc. Most PDF tools online didn't work, or put on watermarks. PDFFiller allowed me to edit the text in the PDFs, to correct the spelling mistakes, and merge the documents into one cohesive PDF again. I was able to republish an edited book without the original documents, thanks to PDFFiller.
The one thing I missed that could make this a fantastic tool- the original book was 8.5x11. I wanted to republish at 6x9. I ended up having to resize it through a different tool, which simply shrunk everything instead of being able to directly resize the content. Due to that, the book appears much smaller on the pages than it should, and I've received some complaints that it's harder to read. If PDFFiller had a viable PDF resize tool that worked to resize the content versus simply shrinking the document, it would be a stellar addition to the repertoire.

It is easy, so relax and just do what you need to do.
I am so very, very pleased with how easy the program is to use. I tried others for this emergency situation and was frustrated out of my mind with the complicated programs. This one is easy, easy and very effective.

Fairly easy to navigate. Text does not always line up exactly right, but close enough to make the document readable. Overall, very pleased with the service.

Easy to use!

What is a credit line deed of trust?
”Credit line deed of trust” means any deed of trust, mortgage, bond, or other instrument, entered into after July 1, 1982, in which title to real property located in the Commonwealth is conveyed, transferred, encumbered, or pledged to secure payment of money including advances, or other extensions of credit, to be made
Is Deed of Trust public record?
A deed of trust is a legal document that often takes the place of the traditional mortgage document. Because of legal filing requirements relating to the deed of trust, the deed of trust is a public document that anyone can get a copy of.
What information is on a deed of trust?
The deed of trust identifies the following: The original loan amount. A legal description of the property that's used as security or collateral for the mortgage. The names of parties trustee, trust or, and beneficiary.
Is a security deed the same as a deed of trust?
They are terms used when a promissory note is secured by property or real estate. The one major difference in some areas between the two is that the security deed is held by the lender whereas a trust deed is usually held by a third party.
Does a deed of trust expire?
A deed of trust expires can and will expire based upon one of two specific timelines. The deed can either expire at a designated point follow the maturity date or, in the absence of this information, exactly 35 years after the date on which the deed had been recorded.
How do I look up a deed?
Start with the tax assessor. All the information that most people will need or want to know about a deed will be on record with the county tax assessor, such as the current owner, sale dates, price history, and current valuation. Find the records section. Examine the record.
Who files a deed of trust?
A deed of trust involves three parties: a lender, a borrower, and a trustee. The lender gives the borrower money. In exchange, the borrower gives the lender one or more promissory notes. As security for the promissory notes, the borrower transfers a real property interest to a third-party trustee.
Who must sign a deed of trust?
Borrowers must agree to sign the deed of trust if they want the loan from that particular bank. A deed of trust addresses three parties: The trust or, who is the borrower. The trustee, which is the entity or individual who holds “bare or legal” title.
