I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. I love the ease of typing on the PDF, I'm still learning how to send it to others with fill in blanks. But I like it. Pricey for the redaction ability but I suppose better than Adobe

I am using PDF filler for my business and find it so easy to use. Love the feature that I can save documents as .doc and .pdf and save to my desktop for future reference without logging in.

What do you like best?
I can sign paperwork, make changes and do it all without a printer wherever I am in the world.
What do you dislike?
There are some some glitches with the program.. for example to save a document you first have to make a duplicate of it. Also, I thought there was a way to re-number pages but that feature seems to be gone?

Great program a fairly easy to use
Great program a fairly easy to use. We had to cancel because my company could not justify the expense of the program at this time.

It took a while to get used to and I had to have several chats with tech support over several weeks. I subscribed, but I still ended up with a free account that I had to get them to delete. I had to check my login box to ensure I was in my subscription account.

Great versatile tool
Great versatile tool. Was very pleased with its performance. They even gave me a month refund when I didnt complete the cancellation of subscription properly. Very pleased with their performance and professionalism.
