Worked well. Forgot that I had signed up for a free trail. The annual subscription fee hit may bank account, then I remembered! Hell, since I'm paying for it, I might as well use the program.It worked really well! LOL!!

Great for PDFs!
PDF filler is a great way for me to edit PDFs that clients send me. It is also very handy for finding my own PDFs that I need for a variety of reasons.
I love how useful this product is. It is also really easy to use once you get the hang of it. The database of forms they have to search and use is also incredibly helpful!
It can be a bit hard to use at first, especially if you aren't familiar with PDFs. I typically have to train an employee for about 30 minutes before they can really understand and use all of the features that PDFfiller provides.

Can a deed be executed by one party?
There appears to be a practice (particularly with compromise agreements) whereby one party purports to execute a document as a deed and the other party executes the document as a simple contract. My understanding is that a document cannot take effect as a deed for one party, and a simple contract for the other.
What does execute as a deed mean?
Section 45 states that an individual may execute a document as a deed if: the individual signs the document. The document is expressed to be an “indenture”, “deed” or be “sealed”. And. The document is signed and attested to by at least one witness not being a party to the document.
What is an executed deed?
A legal instrument (document), almost always in writing, that passes an interest in real estate from one person to another person. In short, when real estate is sold or given to someone, it is done with a deed. It must state on its face it is a deed, using words like “This Deed” or “executed as a deed.”
What documents need to be executed as a deed?
Most commonly, the sorts of documents that need to be deeds are transfers of land, some leases or tenancies, mortgages, powers of attorney, wills and certain business agreements (e.g., shareholders agreements, partnership agreements and even some employment contracts).
What does sign as a deed mean?
A deed is a written document which is executed with the necessary formality (that is, more than a simple signature), and by which an interest, right or property passes or is confirmed, or an obligation binding on some person is created or confirmed. Deeds are generally enforceable despite any lack of consideration.
What is the difference between a contract and a deed?
The underlying theory is that a deed is intended to create a 'solemn promise' by one party to another, whereas a contract is more in the nature of a bargain between two parties. (Having said that, a deed is often used by businesses to exchange something of value in the same way as a contract).
Can an agreement be executed as a deed?
Deeds can also be advantageous even when they are not strictly required by law. For example, if only one party under a contract is receiving a real benefit from an agreement, it would be advisable under English law to execute the contract as a deed so that it is not void for lack of consideration.
How do you execute a deed?
Deeds must be in writing and will typically be executed in the presence of a witness, although in the case of a company a deed may be executed effectively by two directors or a director and the company secretary. Specific wording should also be included above the signature blocks.
