The only reason my rating isn't a perfect 5 Stars is regarding getting an a document notarized online. Your website says it will be at no cost. But when linked to the vendor notary person, she said the cost is $25. When I contacted your company a couple of times, it was indicated someone would get back to me w/ answer. Great, this time so far. I used the program a little over a week ago but my documents were messed up because I was not told I had to pay first in order to save or print the document. I had to create it all again. It was the same one as this now, 821 ssa form. It took me hours to get as far as I had.

Excellent service
I had signed up and not cancelled the subscription properly, so I was charged for something I will never used. Jumped on chat, which is usually awful, not a bot, a human, who liked my jokes. Refunded no quibble. If I ever need a pdf filler I will definitely sign up.

They answered my query online immediately and refunded for an incorrectly charged (not their fault) subscription fee within the hour! Was not expecting such prompt service and honesty to be fair, but so grateful they are honourable.
