I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. First time using PDFfiller directions not simple enough for me took me 30 minutes to figure out how to modify some spelling I ask for help no immediate response 3 hours late turn in paper missed spelled

I did run into some glitches and contacted customer service, but they said they were unable to view my documents to remedy the problem.

The software is easy to use and the efficiency is definitely worth the price. I would recommend this product to friends and colleagues.

A very useful tool for paperless office work.
It helps me to save paper and electricity by not using physical papers for my office documents. I do most of my office work online only with the help of this software.
It allows me to get e-signatures on my office documents. Being a cloud based program it allows me do all my pdf related work online only.
I don't find auto save feature in this application. I had to lose my unsaved work many time when I closed my system accidentally.

It's very easy to create
It's very easy to create, edit, share, get website code, and sell these forms. The reason I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 is the price.

Excellent customer service. Keep it up.
Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.

Why can't I highlight text in PDF?
If you cannot highlight or select text in a PDF, the file might probably be a scanned copy and cannot be edited. How can you tell whether a copy was scanned? It's simple. the alignment of the text will be off, the page's borders won't be in the same place, and some text will be zoomed in more than others.
How do I highlight and make notes in PDF?
Select the highlighter tool icon and it will automatically highlight your selected text. To modify, click on the highlighted area, and a new tool box will appear. This toolbox allows you to add a note to the highlighted text, change the highlight color, or remove the highlight.
