Very professional, highly recommended.
I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. The free tools and conversion into a PDF doc is awesome! The basics is all I need. The only struggle I had was having to figure out how to remove the verified by pdffiller signature date stamp

When I chatted with support
When I chatted with support, I had had two different people who took the files I had been trying to merge unsuccessfully and merge them for me!!! Similarly when I had trouble with blank pages and missing pages in a merged document I found out it was because I was using Edge as my browser instead of Chrome. It would have been best if that had been in the program itself, but support really came through to help me out.

PdfFiller works like a charm and Customer Support is great. I use pdfFiller more than I expected I would and for routine tasks such as filling out and sending important documents via USPS Regular Mail and Certified Mail, PdfFiller saves me time and effort. I had some issues learning certain pdfFiller features and I was surprised how fast Customer Support got back to me with assistance. I also liked pdfFiller's Forms library for ease and convenience and the ability to sign forms remotely.

I needed Form W-2c and fast. I looked online and this was the first link I checked. I was super happy with what I saw I could do. I'm glad i found pdfFiller for my urgent document needs!

What do you like best?
Very easy to use. Super helpful. I have to complete so many forms this is an amazing addition so I dont have to hand write everything.
What do you dislike?
I would say the price, but even that isn't bad. So nothing at all.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Like mentioned above, I often have so many forms I need to fill out. I love being able to just write and fill in the things I need. To make them look very clean and professional.

Immediate refund received
I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and the matter was sorted out, and a refund received, within a couple of hours. Friendly and efficient service, with no arguments. Very impressed.

A good program (and nice people)
A good program, a bit too comprehensive for me (in some ways), and a few (to me) important features were missing.
After my trial period, I was accidentally invoiced for a full year, the support department solved that nicely.
